Beautifully engraved and fully issued authentic stock certificate The New York Central Railroad Company issued in the 1940's-1960's. This certificate has an ornate blue border and a vignette in the center of the famous financier Cornelius Vanderbilt. The certificate includes the printed signatures of the company's officers and was issued in a quantity for 100 shares.
