Returns and Exchanges

If you should find it necessary to return or exchange a purchase from HobbyFrenzy.com, Inc. , please be aware of these policies:

Any item may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Items returned for exchange or refund must be in original purchased condition. All original factory packaging must also be returned.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee is charged for all returns.
